Overview
We acquired this 42 acre development opportunity located adjacent to the A64 to the east of York. The site was acquired with eight acres of developed light industrial sheds which were fully occupied.
What Has Been Achieved To Date
Already, significant improvements have occurred on site, including the construction of new units and improved infrastructure. Better tenant governance and planning gain has also been achieved. A master plan is being developed working alongside Highways England and the local authority to ensure all parties are happy and on board with our direction.
Latest Update
A master plan is currently being developed. The Government has recently announced that funding is allocated to dual the A64 directly adjacent to the site which will increase connectivity to the wider region.
