Its team has unmatched experience of delivering results in complex and challenging planning and development situations, by using a wide range of communications techniques and working to understand all aspects of politics and local communities.
Vincent & Brown
Vincent & Brown is a long established architectural practice based in York and has been operating for 35 years. Previously known as David Chapman Associates, the practice re-branded around two years ago to take on board the evolution of the practice. Lee Vincent joined the practice in 2014 and over the last 5 years Vincent & Brown has developed into a modern design studio that has increased the practice portfolio with projects based in Yorkshire and London.
O’Neill Associates
Over the last thirty years, O’Neill Associates has been providing specialist advice on a wide range of planning, development and infrastructure issues from our company offices in York.
The practice represents a national client base and is involved in a range of projects across the UK. Our in-house team of experienced planners are able to provide support and advice on a variety of planning and development issues. This includes advising on development potential and taking development proposals through the planning process from inception to completion. We also offer strategic planning and transport advice and are involved in the promotion of major sites through the local plan process.
