Owners Crecscent Developments Ltd identified the properties which comprise a vacant brewery and vacant dental laboratory in a prime location bordering York Station. The Crescent will benefit from the proposed improvements by the Council to York station and the removal of Queen Street bridge, creating a direct link from the sites to the station. It will complement the huge York Central development.
What Has Been Achieved To Date
A masterplan for the regeneration of the property and surrounding area is underway.
Latest Update
Planning has been submitted for a purpose built Grade A office building at The Malthouse location. Work has now begun on the apartment scheme development of the dental lab site.
