The vision of the owners, Rougier Street Developments Ltd, is to deliver a mixed-use scheme anchored by a substantial World Class visitor attraction alongside offices, retail, residential and leisure uses. It will result in a transformation of the whole area with better public realm and more activity in this part of the City Centre.

A master plan is evolving and formal pre-application discussions are due to begin shortly. The owners, Rougier Street Developments Ltd have confirmed partners for the leisure, retail, hotel and tourist attraction.

Having worked closely with the owners of the site over the last 3 years we are pleased that this site has finally gained planning permission. Rougier Street Developments Ltd are now looking at the next phase of taking this development forward.
